Our state representation focuses on governmental entities at the local level, concentrating on municipalities, districts and departments and providing them with a full range of legal services.
Munther Law has extensive experience in real estate matters, ranging from the needs of the modern developers, landowners and lenders to the unique real estate issues arising from commercial and business, agricultural, farming or ranching, and mining. We are regularly involved in real estate acquisitions and sales, project development, leasing, and commercial lending. We prepare sophisticated financing documents, contractor and architect contracts, and other documentation associated with real estate development. We also represent clients in a variety of real estate disputes, such as adverse possession matters, construction disputes, mechanic’s liens, and environmental-related disputes, including groundwater contamination claims, nuisance and trespass actions, and claims against environmental professionals.

Trial and Appellate Litigation
Our firm represents clients in hearings, trials and appeals in both state and federal court, as well as before administrative and regulatory agencies. We also provide successful negotiation, mediation and arbitration of settlement to secure the appropriate result. In those cases where a trial becomes the only available option to protect our client’s interests, we have litigation experience in civil, banking, corporate, contract, construction, insurance, labor, estate and real property cases.
